“Eh?” he asked. To him, it sounded as if Zelos was trying to ascend to heaven, or become god, or something insane like that, what with all the talk of angels and breaking seals. He still had not a clue as to what a Chosen was… or really anything revolving around Zelos. All he knew was that they had a secret or two in common. “I’m… not sure I understand but…” he offered the other a sad smile, “Being human’s a lot easier ain’t it? You don’t ever run the risk of someone… you know… finding out about what you really are…”
“It’s more or less a secretive thing with me,” he responded, rolling a shoulder to dismiss the fact. If Lee didn’t understand, it was Zelos’ own fault for the fact that he didn’t quite explain it in full detail. He’d make it up to him later. “I don’t remember what it’s like to be human. So, this feels a little odd to me. Well, at least I still have my fighting skills, and that’s all that matters.” He knew being a human was what he wanted all along, but there were still some things he had to do that he could only accomplish as an angel. Well, they’d have to wait for four days now, wouldn’t they? “This is true, and you can deny this question. Lee… are you a human?”

“Well, enjoy it Zelos. You don’t have to hide from anyone for the next four days. You’re free…” he put his arms up behind his head and looked at the sky after that. He didn’t answer the redhead’s question at first, wondering if it was wise to betray any information.
Eventually though, Lee figured he’d just have to wing it. Zelos wasn’t stupid, after all - or at least Leonardo didn’t think he was - one day he’d know, he figured. “…. I would say yes, but… the society I come from would say no. It’s…” Hurtful. “Complicated.”
